Lifespan Mental Health, PLLC is currently seeking fully licensed LPCCs, LMFTs, or LICSWs in Minnesota to join our outpatient group practice as independent contractors. This opportunity is ideal for therapists who want the autonomy of private practice while benefiting from an established clinic's support, referrals, and collaborative atmosphere. We currently have a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) on staff and are expanding our psychiatric team. Many of our clients are specifically looking for integrated care, and our clinic has a strong referral base that supports full caseloads for therapists interested in growing their practice within our model.

Who We're Looking For

• You hold an active, unrestricted license in Minnesota as an LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
• You are independently licensed and able to practice without supervision (pre-licensed clinicians are not eligible for this role)
• You value flexibility, autonomy, and ethical, high-quality care
• You're looking for a consistent, supportive referral source
• You want to work independently but enjoy having a collaborative team nearby
• You're committed to timely documentation and professional integrity
• You're open to developing a regular caseload that fits your schedule and goals

Optional Office Use

• In-person sessions are not required, but office space in Monticello is available and warmly furnished for those who prefer in-office or hybrid care
