Kayla Schmitz, Office Manager
Kayla Schmitz is the office manager at Lifespan Mental Health. She helps current and potential patients with any questions or concerns. In addition to providing patient support, Kayla manages administrative tasks including appointment scheduling, coordinating communication between providers and patients, maintaining patient records, and overseeing billing and insurance inquiries. She ensures the smooth operation of the clinic, allowing providers to focus on patient care.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, whether they're watching a movie together or simply relaxing and catching up.
